We currently have an open position for an HR Director at our Auburn Ravine located in Auburn, CA.
Auburn Ravine Terrace is a Not-for-Profit Senior residence community offering independent and assisted senior living, as well as a 59-bed skilled nursing center.
We are seeking an HR Director to serve the staff of each of our service lines. The successful applicant will be knowledgeable in current California labor and employment regulations, payroll process, and the ability to take a leadership role in guiding staff with benefits and workplace needs. Experience with the specialized requirements of skilled nursing labor reporting is a plus. This is a high visibility, highly interactive position requiring the ability to work with individuals as well as groups.
Organization and attention to detail are a must as is the ability to meet tight timelines.
