We currently have an open position for a Licensed Vocational Nurse at our Auburn Ravine Terrace located in Auburn, CA.

JOB DUTIES:

The basic duties of an LVN in our skilled center include but are not limited to: medication administration, treatment application, care plan development, monitoring of resident condition and reporting of same to physician(s), family, RP’s, and others as required; supervision of CNA staff; participation in interdisciplinary team meetings; participation in QAPI/QA programs and Performance Improvement Plans; participation in required trainings, drills, and exercises; mentoring of subordinate staff or students as assigned; participation in regulatory surveys or investigations as they may occur.

REQUIREMENTS:

The position requires a current, valid, California issued or approved LVN/LPN license.

This is a Full-Time position.
